Consultancy and Support ELS can assist you with difficult correspondence. In general this falls into two categories - letters that are important in achieving a sale or a purchase or letters where accuracy and tone are important to prevent or resolve disputes. ELS personnel has experience in selling technical products and in negotiating and managing projects and are therefore able to assist you.
