ELS is run by Mike Banes, an Englishman who came to Sweden in 1993 to work as an International Communication consultant in TBV/Eductus.

Mike is a graduate engineer and has worked at senior management levels in two British multinationals and an American management consultancy. He has worked in the UK, Germany and India and has travelled extensively.

Since moving to Sweden, Mike has taught individuals and groups in technical, commercial and financial areas. His strength is in taking advanced students for specialist topics for presentations or participation in conferences or seminars.

He has acted as a consultant for 'difficult' correspondence and contractual matters with overseas customers. He has also written brochures, presentation slides and other promotional materials.
