Consultancy and Support ELS can assist you with difficult correspondence. In general this falls into two categories - letters that are important in achieving a sale or a purchase or letters where accuracy and tone are important to prevent or resolve disputes. ELS personnel has experience in selling technical products and in negotiating and managing projects and are therefore able to assist you. Typical of such work done in Sweden is assisting a client to reject penalty claims from a buyer in the USA and assisting another client to negotiate an insurance claim for a damaged shipment with a loss adjuster in the USA. |
